Every spring the Dutch Flower Parade attracts around one million people along the route of the Flower Parade. Best of all, the parade is free to watch. You can just stand by the roadside. Want to make the most of the Flower Parade? Then book a seat on one of the grandstands. The grandstands have catering and toilets. Note: The number of seats is limited so book your tickets in time. You can also combine the flower parade with a visit to Keukenhof Gardens, a tulip farm or sightseeing the flower fields. Flower Parade shuttle bus from Amsterdam + Keukenhof
You can also easily travel to the flower parade with the Flower Parade shuttle bus from Amsterdam. This Flower Parade shuttle bus leaves every 15 minutes from the square in front of the A’DAM Tower (near Amsterdam Central Station). From there, the shuttle runs directly to Keukenhof Gardens. Entry to Keukenhof Gardens is included with the Flower Parade shuttle bus.
The flower parade drives past Keukenhof at around 3.30 pm. Note: there are no stands here but you can watch the flower parade standing for free. You don’t have a fixed time slot for the return journey. So you can travel back at the time you want.
Price Flower Parade shuttle bus & availability
To take the Flower Parade shuttle bus, you need to book your ticket in advance. With your shuttle bs ticket, you also get access to Keukenhof Gardens. When booking, one must choose a time for the shuttle bus. You do not have to choose a time for Keukenhof Gardens. Note: there is limited availability so book in time! You can also order the Tulip Festival Card with the shuttle bus from Amsterdam.

Check the availability of the Tulip Festival Card or Keukenhof shuttle bus on your desired visit day and book your ticket right away.
Tip: to get a good view of the flower parade, we advise you to watch the Flower Parade south of Keukenhof. At Keukenhof itself it is very busy and further along the route it often gets quieter. In the nearby centre of Lisse (about 15 minutes’ walk from Keukenhof), there is a party every year. Watching the flower parade there is also great.

Grandstand Flower Parade tickets
Do you want to experience the Flower Parade in Holland up close? Along the route of the parade there are grandstands, with additional facilities such as catering and toilets, so that you will optimally experience the parade. In addition to viewing the parade, the Flower Parade offers various activities that will make the parade a complete day out. With a self guided walking tour along the flower fields and various lunch options.
The grandstands are each at a different point along the Flower Parade route. Below are the stands available for the 2025 Flower Parade. The number of seats per grandstand is limited so book in time.

Grandstand Seat Sassenheim
The Flower Parade stand in Sassenheim has a whopping 800 seats and is covered. The grandstand can be booked exclusively in combination with a day tour from Amsterdam. Besides the Flower Parade, you will also visit Keukenhof Gardens where you decide when to take the shuttle bus back to Amsterdam. Please note: These tours have a limited number of participants and are usually fully booked well in advance. Therefore, book your tour on time!

- 9.30 am – Departure from the centre of Amsterdam by luxury coach
- 11.00 am – Arrival at Flower Parade grandstand in Sassenheim
- 12.15 pm – Enjoy the Flower Parade with live commentary
- 2.00 pm – Tulip fields tour by luxury coach
- 2.30 pm – Arrival at Keukenhof Gardens
- You can take the Keukenhof shuttle bus back to Amsterdam at your convenience. So you can stay at Keukenhof for as long as you want. Last bus leaves around 7 pm.
