Flower Parade Corso Zundert 2020
September 6 @ 10:00 am – September 7 @ 9:00 pm
The Corso of Zundert is the biggest summer Corso (flower parade) in the world. All the work is done voluntarily. Twenty heralds compete against each other to build the most beautiful float, judged by a professional jury.
It has been done so for over eighty years. Every year, Corso Zundert is being held on the first Sunday of September. In 2020 the parade is on Sunday 6 September. On Monday 7 september you can visit the exhibition of the floats.
Enormous flower floats
Nine meters high and nineteen meters long. In 1989 those maximum dimensions were determined. They had to put a stop to the madness. The floats are very impressive and you must have seen them once in your life.
Eighty years of corso
The first corso took place in 1936, in honour of then-queen Wilhelmina. Right from the very start the people of Zundert have cherished their corso and passed it from each generation to the next. Especially in the fifties the Corso drew a lot of visitors.
