On Thursday 18 April, you have a unique opportunity to watch the decorating of the floats of the 2024 Flower Parade. During a guided tour, you will hear all about what goes into making the Flower Parade.
Regular Keukenhof Gardens tickets are sold out on Flower Parade day (Saturday and Sunday). Due to cancellations, there are still limited tickets available for guided tours from Amsterdam to the flower parade (with seats in the stands) and a visit to Keukenhof or a tulip farm. Construction days Flower Parade
This so called decoration days gives you a unique look behind the scenes of the biggest flower parade of Europe. Many hundreds of volunteers will be busy for days with the piercing or pinning of thousands of hyacinths, tulips and daffodils to the floats. This unique event can be admired at the hall of DeLeeuw Flowerbulbs in Sassenheim.

- Wednesday 17 April – 9.00 – 22.00
- Thursday 18 April – 9.00 – 22.00 (Unique day trip from Amsterdam available)
- Friday 19 April – 9.00 – 13.00

Price Construction days
Join an exclusive day trip from Amsterdam to the Flower Parade construction days on 18 April 2024. Experience the parade floats and millions of flowers by luxury coach, with a guide sharing the parade’s story. Then visit Keukenhof Gardens to admire tulips, hyacinths, and daffodils. Departures from Amsterdam’s centre are at 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, and 13:30. Limited spaces available, so book early!

Various parking spaces have been set up in the direct surroundings of the DeLeeuw Flowerbulbs location.
