Keukenhof Tulip Gardens will open on 20 March 2025 and welcome visitors until 11 May 2025. During this period, the park will be the ultimate destination to admire the breathtaking flowers of Holland. On the opening weekend of Keukenhof 2025, visitors can enjoy a spectacular display of blooms in both the indoor and outdoor gardens. To add even more festivity to the arrival of spring, Dutch music bands will perform on Saturday, 22 March, and Sunday, 23 March.
Flowering during opening weekend
Keukenhof Gardens is the perfect place to admire flowers in the Netherlands from the very first day of opening. While most tulip fields may not yet be in full bloom by the end of March, the first flower fields can already be enjoyed. Depending on the weather, the early tulips may also start to bloom.
Inside the flower park, it is mainly the early bloomers that take center stage. These include crocuses, daffodils, and early tulips. Indoor flower shows
In addition to the stunning outdoor flower gardens, Keukenhof offers a variety of spectacular indoor flower shows. Visitors can enjoy the following exhibitions during the opening weekend:

Tickets for Keukenhof Gardens 2025
When booking your Keukenhof Gardens tickets, you must choose a specific date and time slot for entry. In 2025, Keukenhof will operate with a limited number of tickets per day and time slot. To secure your preferred visit, book your tickets in advance!
If your preferred date and time are unavailable, it means tickets are sold out. However, you can still visit by booking a Tulip Festival Card or a combination ticket with the Keukenhof Shuttle bus from Amsterdam Centre, various Keukenhof day tours from Amsterdam, or public transport buses, which often offer more availability on different dates and times.

Sightseeing the most beautiful flower fields
During the opening weekend, not all flower fields will be in full bloom yet. However, you can still visit the most beautiful fields that are blooming at that time with a sightseeing tour. Choose from options such as a guided bicycle tour with a local expert, a self-guided Twizy tour, or an exciting Land Rover tour led by a local guide. These tours provide a unique way to experience the vibrant early spring flowers up close.
Hotel during opening weekend
The first weekend of Keukenhof is usually quieter compared to the busy month of April, allowing you to enjoy the park’s stunning flowers in a more relaxed atmosphere.
