The Friday before the Dutch Flower Parade the colorful parade of floats can be admired during the Flower Parade by Night edition in the village of Noordwijkerhout. The parade arrives in the center of the village at the end of the afternoon. The floats and luxury cars have been installed there and can be admired from up close. From 21:00 hrs the Flower Parade By Night Edition starts through the streets in the village.

Want to take a closer look at the floats and luxury wagons? You can do so as early as Friday afternoon, when the floats are set up in the streets and squares of Noordwijkerhout. Local entrepreneurs provide fun street activities. When it gets dark, we light up the lights and drive through the atmospheric streets of Noordwijkerhout. Will you also cheer on the participants?

On Friday evening, you will see the Flower Parade in a different light. At night, thousands of lights light up the floats and drive a course through the picturesque village centre of this bulb-growing village.

Flower Parade by Night tour from Amsterdam

In 2024 there is a unique tour on Friday April 19th. Visit the amazing Keukenhof Gardens in the afternoon and skip the crowds. You’ll be surprised by the millions of flowers. In the evening we take a short ride to the village Noordwijkerhout to visit the illuminated Flower Parade. A unique experience. 

The parade arrives at the end of the afternoon in the center of the village. The luxury floats are set
up and can be admired up close. From 21:00 the Illuminated Flower Parade starts through the streets
in the village. The Illuminated Flower Parade is also the official opening of the Flower Parade. This opening is at 21:00 after which the illuminated cars will drive.

Grandstand Noordwijkerhout

For the first time in 2024, you can watch the illuminated flower parade from a grandstand. A seat at the Grandstand in Noordwijkerhout will give you the best possible viewing experience. There are sanitary facilities and you can enjoy picturesque Noordwijkerhout and various flower exhibitions. This grandstand is not covered.
